Your satisfaction is very important to us. We always aim to provide the best service and products possible. If you are not completely satisfied with any item(s) that you have bought from Gro-Zone, please return the item(s) to us. They must be unused and in the original packing, which must be in the same condition you received it, along with your receipt within 14 days of purchase and we will give you a full refund on the goods returned.

Cancellations
We are happy to cancel any order that has not been dispatched if directed by the customer making the order.

Item Shortages
Any item shortages must be reported within 7 days of delivery. No reports of item shortages after this timeframe will be accepted.

If Your Item is Faulty
If you receive a faulty item we will replace or refund the total cost of the item(s) and also any delivery costs incurred but you must report the fault within 7 days and you must have proof of purchase and all the original packaging.
